Job Description
ResProp Management is a multi-family property management company seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of service operations, train maintenance teammates, and provide quality customer service. The role involves participating in completing work orders, scheduling and supervising work, and managing inventory and supplies.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of general maintenance/general repair experience
- 3 years of apartment industry experience
- Management experience
- EPA Universal certification
- CPO certification (highly preferred)
- Trade skills, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliance, etc.
- Trade Licensing (preferred but not required)
- Tech savvy
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds
