Job Description
ResProp Management is building an ongoing talent network of experienced Maintenance Technicians who align with their standards, service philosophy, and culture. The ideal candidate will drive property performance, resident satisfaction, and property value by performing various maintenance tasks and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification
- Trade skills including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliance, etc.
- Trade Licensing
- Must have own hand tools
- Must live within 30 minutes of community
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule
