Service Operations and Warehouse Manager

The Service Operations and Warehouse Manager is responsible for achieving depot results through leading a high-performance team within assigned depot. Key responsibilities include leading and developing team members, ensuring customer service and reliability, and achieving depot operations performance through continuous improvement practices. The role also involves overseeing warehouse cleaning and maintenance, fleet maintenance, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in operations
• Proven track record in managing customer service challenges
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth environment
• Ability to motivate others and build highly engaged and effective teams
• Self-aware, knows strengths and weaknesses and actively pursues ways to improve
• Possesses managerial courage to say what needs to be said, address poor performance and lead courageously
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence across the organization
