Job Description
Restless Development Tanzania is seeking a dynamic and innovative People and Performance Officer to join their team. The Officer will be responsible for carrying out a range of human resource duties, including recruitment, induction, capacity building, compliance, and safeguarding. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and IT skills, and a relevant Human Resource qualification.
Requirements
- Degree in relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of being in a similar HR role
- Good general administration experience
