Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient care based on scientific principles and evidence-based practice, prioritizes nursing actions, and implements physician orders accurately. The role involves educating and counseling patients and their families on wound care processes and issues.
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing required for Magnet Hospitals
- Valid Registered Nursing license required
- Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
- Prior experience working with wound care patients
- Prior experience with billing and coding preferred
