Remote Contract Consultant - We Are Always Looking For New Talent!

ResultsLab is seeking a contract consultant to join their team of experts. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's and/or master's degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience in evaluation and/or performance measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in a related field
• At least 4 years direct experience in evaluation and/or performance measurement
• Strong analytical, data visualization, and interpretation skills
• Advanced practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of qualitative analysis tools (e.g., NVivo, Atlas.ti, Dedoose)
• Working knowledge of data reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Working knowledge of data management systems (e.g., Salesforce, ETO, Apricot, mySQL)
• Experience working in a nonprofit, foundation, or government agency
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing various tasks and activities across multiple projects
• Experience designing and implementing evaluation/measurement and learning plans
• Experience in project management, data collection and analysis
• Demonstrated ability to center evaluation, learning, and social impact strategy work in principles of equity
• Ability to bring to life evaluation concepts or insights to inspire action and/or learning
• Ability to earn the trust of others and develop relationships with team members, clients, and partners
• Critical thinker with proven ability to identify issues, innovate solutions, and continuously improve practice
• Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility
• Ability to be available during core business as needed to engage with clients or Resultslab team members
• Experience with online project management and communication platforms and systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Google Suite, Productive, Monday, Slack, and/or Zoom)
