Account Manager, Debt Settlement

Resurgent Capital Services seeks an Account Manager, Debt Settlement to drive revenue and risk performance metrics for a group of critical Debt Settlement Companies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to represent the company in a positive way to outside parties.

Requirements

• Representing oneself and the company culture in a professional and positive manner
• Managing and mentoring a network of high-revenue DSCs
• Maintaining a deep understanding of compliance and collection performance metrics
• Communicating with assigned DSCs and leading back-office calls
• Mentoring DSC specialists and evaluating DSC processes
• Driving performance and leading discussions on high-revenue strategies
• Conducting ongoing risk analysis and directing the audit team
