Job Description
The Product Designer II is responsible for designing intuitive and visually engaging user experiences across Resurgent's digital products, focusing on customer-facing portals and alignment with Resurgent's brand identity. This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to produce thoughtful designs and UX research insights.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- 3-5 years of experience in Figma required
- A portfolio showcasing strong visual design and thoughtful interaction patterns
- Demonstrated ability to create experiences that are clean, accessible, and optimized for conversion and usability
- Strong understanding of responsive design and interaction patterns
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS and how front-end code influences practical design implementation
- Experience conducting or leveraging UX research to guide design decisions
