Job Description
Retina Institute of Virginia is seeking a fellowship-trained Retina / Vitreous Specialist to join our growing team of ophthalmologists! We provide state-of-the-art care for retinal diseases in a personalized, patient-focused environment.
Requirements
- Fellowship-trained in Retina / Vitreous (additional uveitis training preferred but not required)
- Average surgical cases: ~6/week; Richmond-based surgery
- Average patient volume: ~50/day
- Flexible surgery schedule
- M–F schedule with at least one full surgery day
- No hospital calls; weekend/holiday rotation (8–9 weekends per year)
- 20% travel to satellite office in Williamsburg
