The Apartment Manager oversees the daily operations of a 40-unit affordable housing community, ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance with housing regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience in property management, preferably in senior living, affordable housing, or multifamily housing environments
- Experience with HUD, and other affordable housing programs preferred
