Apartment Manager

The Apartment Manager at Dogwood is responsible for overseeing daily property operations, ensuring the well-being of residents, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The manager will prioritize excellent customer service, efficient property management, and a supportive environment for senior residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience in property management, preferably in senior living, affordable housing, or multifamily housing environments
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing programs preferred
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
