Job Description
Responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of residential buildings, handling general apartment maintenance, and overseeing the upkeep of the grounds. Participate in apartment turn-key process, service requests, and preventative maintenance programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of leadership principles
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with property management software such as RealPage Maintenance Facilities
- Basic proficiency in English for effective communication
