Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of the buildings, handling general apartment maintenance, and overseeing the upkeep of the grounds. You will also participate in the apartment turn-key process, service requests, and preventative maintenance programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with property management software such as RealPage Maintenance Facilities
