Job Description
Verify accuracy and completeness of occupancy data for over 125 affordable properties and 12,000 tenants in 27 states, and assist with special assignments related to compliance issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- HUD Occupancy Specialist and Tax Credit Specialist Certificates
- Working knowledge of 4350.3 HUD Handbook, LIHTC, and other Federal and State program regulation and eligibility requirements
- Fair Housing Knowledge
- 3+ years working in compliance and detailed knowledge of the LIHTC program rules and guidelines for various states
- Experience in Real Page Onesite software (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with Outlook, word and excel
