Job Description
Retro is a company developing therapies for age-related diseases. They are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting, from candidate assessment to offer and onboarding, working within the Human Experience team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding talented individuals to support scientific research and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for scientific positions
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and project management tools
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Proven track record of finding amazing candidates
