GMP Operations Coordinator

We are hiring a GMP Operations Coordinator to support the daily operation of our in-house GMP manufacturing facility and contribute to the broader operations needs that keep Retro's labs and facilities humming.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in GMP operations, quality assurance, or another highly regulated biotech environment
• Hands-on and technically adept in cleanroom environments
• Practical knowledge of electronic quality management or manufacturing execution systems
• Naturally organized and precise
• Clear and confident communication
• Embrace technology and organization
• Proactive troubleshooting skills
• Physically comfortable in an active role
• Flexible and willing to occasionally work outside regular hours
