Senior Research Associate/Associate Scientist, Cell Process Development & Manufacturing

Retro develops therapies for diseases driven by the biology of aging, and we're hiring a Senior Research Associate/Associate Scientist to help us ramp toward manufacturing readiness in the Microglia Therapeutics team. The role will focus on hands-on execution of cell culture and manufacturing-related activities in support of GMP readiness and production.

Requirements

• B.S. in Biology or a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an M.S. with at least 3 years of post-degree research experience
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, including work with bioreactors and process development activities
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and maintain detailed, high-quality documentation
