Associate, Asset Management

A privately held real estate development and investment firm is seeking an Associate, Asset Management to support a growing industrial real estate portfolio across Southern and Northern California and select Western U.S. markets.

Requirements

• Support execution of asset-level business plans to drive NOI and long-term value
• Lead annual budgets, reforecasts, and variance analyses
• Monitor property performance vs. underwriting and business plans
• Oversee capital improvement planning and execution
• Prepare quarterly asset-level reporting for internal stakeholders and investors
• Oversee third-party property management, vendors, and service contracts
• Support leasing efforts, renewals, and tenant relations
• Maintain financial models, KPIs, and portfolio-level reporting
• Assist with hold/sell analysis, valuations, refinancings, and ad hoc investment analysis
