Job Description
The Equipment Operator is a critical position in Return's fertilizer and compost production operations, operating medium to heavy duty equipment and trucks, and performing various tasks involving strenuous manual labor. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two to four years of experience with medium and heavy equipment, and a valid Minnesota Driver's License.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
- Two to four years of experience involving the use of medium and heavy equipment
- Valid Minnesota Driver's License; CDL License preferred
- Proficient with iPhone and or Android email, messaging and navigation applications
