Job Description
REV Renewables is seeking a Finance Associate to join our growing Finance team, interacting with teams across the organization, including Finance, M&A, Development, and Strategy.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain financial and market models for M&A, corporate development, financing and strategic activities.
- Design investment and marketing materials for financial transactions.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of REV's internal projections and budgets.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities.
- Evaluating and screening acquisition and merger candidates, including developing valuation and supporting analyses.
