The Learning & Development Specialist will design and implement learning pathways to support the growth of Revau's teams and contribute to the company's ambition in transforming the commercial insurance industry.
Requirements
- University degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning & skills development: content design (e-learning, microlearning capsules, guides, quizzes) and pathway deployment, ideally in the insurance industry
- Experience coordinating training: calendar planning, cohorts, communications, follow-ups, and reporting
