We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team as an Underwriting Assistant. This role focuses on providing administrative and operational support to underwriters.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bilingual (English/French) to support underwriters and brokers across Canada, both verbally and in writing
- Flexibility to work according to the Pacific time zone
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
- Adaptability and proactivity
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
