Collections Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Analyst to join our finance team, responsible for managing and resolving customer billing and usage discrepancies while utilizing Salesforce and NetSuite.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive customer interactions and articulate complex information clearly.
• High level of organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem resolution.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
