Job Description
The Solutions Advisor plays a key role in guiding customers through onboarding, workflow enablement, and ongoing adoption of Reveal solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years of experience working in eDiscovery platforms or legal technology solutions
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or other Relativity certifications preferred
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
