The Cast Shop Spare Operator is responsible for the safety of employees and fellow workers while maintaining the operational condition of equipment and producing high-quality products. The role involves operating mill machines, adhering to company procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring thorough job knowledge of JIB. It involves heavy physical labor, including material handling, cleanup, and potentially operating forklifts.
Requirements
