Manufacturing Supervisor- Day shift

We are an employee-owned company, competing in various markets, seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for our Mebane, NC location. The role is part of the Revere South Operations Leadership Team, responsible for Production, Maintenance, Shipping & Receiving, and Quality Assurance. Create a team-based environment and ensure a strong focus on process and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in production with time spent in supervisor role
• Strong supervisory experience in an industrial or production setting
• Ability to coach and develop others
• Relationship building experience
• Business PC skills
• Behavior management experience (1 year preferred)
• Leadership experience (7-10 years preferred)
• Supervising experience (7-10 years preferred)
• High School/GED minimum, Post High School or vocational education desirable, and Bachelor Arts or Science preferred
