Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to partner with internal teams and external partners to identify and deploy system and process improvements across functional areas. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with IFS Cloud ERP and Salesforce CRM, and ability to lead initiatives and drive meaningful change.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business systems analyst or functional ERP/CRM support role
- Strong hands-on experience with IFS Cloud ERP and Salesforce CRM
- Proven experience leading or supporting ERP implementations or post-acquisition integrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through deployment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and Visio or similar tools
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable operating with minimal direction
