Head of R&D (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Head of R&D to lead a growing team in a key role at Reverion, a company dedicated to biogas and renewable energy. The ideal candidate has several years of leadership experience in technically demanding industries and strong expertise in project management, systems engineering, and energy conversion.

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience (min. 5 years)
• Strong expertise in project management, resource and capacity planning
• In-depth expertise in systems engineering, thermodynamics, and energy conversion
• Ability to lead, motivate, and strategically develop interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
