Health Coach (Contract)

Revero is a personalized digital clinic that integrates machine learning, personalized nutrition, and virtual care to treat chronic health conditions. As a Health Coach, you'll provide remote patient care, education, and coaching to help patients reverse autoimmune disease and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or similar field
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• High EQ and empathy with a strong desire to build relationships with patients
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong technological literacy
• Prior coaching experience for at least 1 year
