We are looking for a Project Manager to lead promotional and medical education projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management (print and digital), with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
• 1+ years of agency experience managing projects in high-volume pharmaceutical accounts with client-facing experience
• Experience managing HCP promotional projects
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets and Ziflow or similar tools
