As Product Marketing Manager, you will support the development of a global product marketing strategy, own the execution of product launches and content campaigns, and act as the voice of the customer.
Requirements
- Conduct thorough and regular market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Create messaging frameworks for different personas and use cases.
- Own the end-to-end GTM process for product releases, including coordinating cross-functional launch plans, developing launch assets, and driving awareness and adoption post-launch.
- Partner with Product, Academy and Industry Consulting teams to improve the onboarding experience, ensuring customers understand and engage with our full product offering from day one.
- Track campaign performance, product adoption and engagement, and customer feedback using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Amplitude.
