Associate Director, Discovery Process Chemistry

Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company is seeking a motivated individual with a scientific background to play a critical role as a technical leader within the CRO management team in the Medicinal Chemistry function.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in organic chemistry or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Medicinal Chemistry or pharmaceutical process research and development.
• Strong foundation and delivery track record in synthetic organic chemistry.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Proficiency in modern characterization techniques (NMR, LC-MS, HPLC).
• Strong problem-solving skills with sound technically driven decision-making ability.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• An innovative team-player with capacity to be effective in a dynamic and fast-paced company environment.
