The role will assist with the support, enhancement, and global deployment of key Medical Affairs technology platforms. Deep medical affairs domain knowledge is critical for this role. The successful candidate will have experience in medical information, system administration, and implementation, as well as expertise in medical affairs technology platforms and vendor management.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Medical Affairs technology platforms, including Publications Management, Medical Information, Funding Management, Congress/Meeting Management, and Virtual Advisory Boards
- Experience with globally deployed health care professional focused web portals
- Deep medical affairs domain knowledge
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, system integrations, and vendor relationships in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of quality
- Exceptional customer service orientation, with urgency, passion, and a focus on delighting customers through continuous improvement
