Revolution Medicines is seeking an Associate Director, Learning & Engagement to lead the design, development, and implementation of learning initiatives, instructional design solutions, and learning forums across partnered functions. The role requires a blend of Learning & Development expertise, drug development processes, and communication abilities to support strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in related discipline and at least 10 years of related experience
- Prior experience in similar role in a biotech/pharmaceutical organization
- Strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs that drive organizational performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to distill the key points into a succinct summary
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact daily with diverse cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
- Innovative, proactive, and collaborative team-player with high energy to keep pace with our growing and evolving company environment
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-minded, results-oriented, and driven to complete projects on time with high quality
- Adaptable, proactive personality style that can prioritize, quickly adapt to changing conditions
- Able to function independently in a fluid environment under tight timelines
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and a variety of learning platforms
- Advanced capability with MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
