Director, Regional Congresses and Events, Europe

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Director, Regional Congresses and Events, Europe to lead the strategic planning and end-to-end execution of RevMed's regional and international congress and events plan, aligned with portfolio priorities and European objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 12+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years' experience in global congress strategy and operations.
• Significant experience leading end-to-end planning and execution of congresses and large-scale events within the biotech industry.
• Strong knowledge of global healthcare compliance frameworks and their application to congress and event activities.
• Solid financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget planning, forecasting, and cost management for complex events.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities and timelines with strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing external vendors and agencies, including contract negotiation, scope definition, and performance oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with event management and registration platforms preferred.
