Director, Stakeholder Engagement Strategy & Operations

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Director, Stakeholder Engagement Strategy & Operations to lead the global strategy, planning, and execution of advisory boards across the U.S., EU, and APAC. The role will also contribute to global congress planning, ensuring seamless integration of advisory boards with congress objectives and broader Medical Affairs priorities.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS, PharmD, PhD or equivalent in life sciences)
• 10+ years’ experience in Medical Affairs within biotech/pharma, with 5+ years in global congress strategy and operations
• Proven track record in leading global and regional advisory boards across U.S., EU, and APAC regions
• Strong understanding of oncology therapeutic landscape, particularly pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and colorectal cancer
• Deep knowledge of compliance standards governing global congresses and scientific exchange
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a complex, matrixed environment
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and operational processes related to congresses and advisory boards
