Executive Director, Clinical Development

Revolution Medicines is seeking an experienced drug developer and leader to serve as Executive Director of Clinical Development, responsible for developing strategic plans and ensuring efficient operational execution of clinical development programs.

Requirements

• MD, PhD or similar advanced biomedical graduate degree
• 13+ years experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry or academic background
• Extensive experience working with data analysis and clinical relevance
• Proven track record of designing and conducting clinical trials
• Experience with Good Clinical Practice, ICH, FDA, EMA, and other guidelines and regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize goals
• Experience publishing results of a clinical trial in a peer-reviewed journal
