Intern, Computational Biology

Revolution Medicines is seeking a highly motivated PhD- or Master’s-level intern to support deployment, optimization, and validation of the FACETS pipeline. The intern will deploy, optimize, and harden the FACETS pipeline for WES and targeted panel tumor/normal datasets, automate preprocessing, segmentation, and allele-specific copy-number calling workflows, and integrate FACETS outputs into downstream pipelines.

Requirements

• Current PhD or Master's student in relevant fields.
• Strong understanding of NGS, CN analysis, statistical modeling.
• Experience with FACETS or similar tools; workflow engines; cloud environments.
