Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercialization Contracts Operations to lead the end-to-end contract operations process supporting US Commercialization function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of experience in contract operations, procurement, or business process management in biopharma or life sciences
• Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives and managing vendors or cross-functional teams
• Strong influencing skills and ability to drive compliance and optimize for operational efficiency
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize effectively to deliver results within reasonably established timelines
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and variety of project management and communication platforms
