Revolution is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plant Manager to lead operations at our well-established Kilgore, TX facility. The ideal candidate will champion servant leadership, foster a positive and accountable culture, and empower teams to perform at their best while continuously improving processes, safety, and overall plant performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 3 years of proven leadership experience managing teams in a plant or operational setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus
