Revolution is now hiring for a Production Operator position in Kilgore, TX. The position involves working in a stable and safe work environment, following company policies and procedures, and collaborating with a positive team culture.

Requirements

• Follow all Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Ensure product quality following guidelines set by Quality Control Department
• Keep workstations and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Troubleshoot and make repairs on production line
• Change rolls of material using Converting Department equipment
• Work in a safe manner and prioritize safety and fellow employees' safety
• Complete paperwork according to company guidelines
• Help packers to keep production lines running
• Clean up and organize Converting Department at the end of the shift
• Work with fellow operators to keep shift and department running at the highest standard
