Production Shift Supervisor

Immediate position available for a Production Shift Supervisor in the Kilgore, TX area, responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling production in a growing manufacturing company. This position involves supervising employees, analyzing production schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Supervisory skills, including hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, disciplining, and performance management of employees
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Working knowledge of manufacturing safety & quality practices
