We are looking for a Program for Leadership - Business Administration Specialist to lead advisory and sales conversations, determine goods requirements, and implement sales promotion measures. As a specialist, you will work with employees and conduct personnel planning and creation of sales statistics. The apprenticeship will last 3-5 years and includes various further training opportunities.

Requirements

• Good abitur or Fachabitur
• Enthusiasm for the food retail trade, ideally first practical experience
• Interest in business economic relationships
• Customer orientation and pleasure in dealing with people
• Confident and self-assured appearance
• Decision-making power, team skills and organizational talent
• High level of commitment as well as ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
