We are looking for a Program Manager in Retail, Specialty Food to join our team. You will learn leading consultations and sales conversations, handling digital market systems, and more. We offer a full-time, limited contract with a monthly gross salary of €1,420 in the 1st training year and €1,540 in the 2nd training year.

Requirements

• Leading consultations and sales conversations
• Handling digital market systems as well as procurement, storage, and control of goods
• Organization of the overall market, including personnel planning and employee leadership
• Implementation of projects, e.g. customer binding and quality assurance
• Evaluation of sales statistics and examination of profitability (e.g. stock control)
