Job Description
The program is designed to develop you as a future leader – so you can soon lead your own team. We offer training both full-time and part-time – as you want. You will receive a monthly gross salary of €1,420 in the 1st training year and €1,540 in the 2nd training year.
Requirements
- Leadership of consulting and sales conversations
- Management of digital market systems as well as procurement, storage, and control of goods
- Organization of the overall market like personnel planning and employee management
- Implementation of projects, e.g. customer binding and quality control
- Evaluation of sales statistics and checking profitability (e.g. inventory control)
