We are looking for a Department Head Fresh Food Counter to lead our team, implement sales-promoting measures, and ensure excellent product presentation and customer service.

Requirements

• Completed education in the retail trade or equivalent experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of goods and high awareness of freshness and quality
• Solution- and result-oriented way of working, commitment to tasks, and team spirit
• Customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in a flexible shift system with working hours from Monday to Saturday
