Job Description
The Fresh Food Counter is the heart of our REWE Alexander Mudrack oHG, where you'll create unique creations of finest quality for our customers. As Department Manager Fresh Food Counter, you'll be responsible for your team, the quality of the goods, and all procedures.
Requirements
- Completed education in the food retail sector or equivalent experience and leadership experience
- Thorough knowledge of products and high awareness of freshness and quality
- Solution-oriented and results-oriented work style with commitment to tasks
- Team spirit, customer orientation, and communication strength
- Flexibility to work in a shift system with hours from Monday to Saturday between 05:00 and 20:00
