• lead your team competently on eye level
• set the national sales concept as a role model and implement it skillfully
• ensure a top-class presentation of goods, freshness, and adherence to hygiene regulations
• convince our customers with an appealing presentation of goods, competent advice, and courteous service
• implement your ideas for sales-promoting measures independently
• have everything under control from cost and sales development to regular inventory checks to goods positioning, price setting, and goods flow
