We are seeking a Department Manager Fruit and Vegetables to lead our team and contribute to the success of REWE. As a leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the fruit and vegetable area, ensuring excellent presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene regulations. You will also be responsible for cost and sales development, stocktaking, price setting, and goods flow.

• Completed commercial training, preferably in the retail trade
• Comprehensive knowledge of goods and high awareness of freshness and quality
• Solution and result-oriented way of working
• Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented way of working, as well as customer orientation
• Willingness to work in a flexible shift system
