Toom is seeking a trainee to join their training program for future leaders. This 18-month program will blend classroom learning, mentorship from experienced trade advisors, and practical on-the-job experience. The trainee will gain skills in customer service, sales, and staff management, and ideally become a trade advisor or trader within 22 months. The program offers great learning conditions and excellent career prospects.
